Timberland Door buys Largo warehouse building

SELLER: Pinellas Center Ltd.

PROPERTY: 12555 Enterprise Blvd., Largo

PRICE: $2.19 million

LAW FIRM ON DEED: Mary Sue Beeler Esq., Clearwater

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Timberland Door LLC purchased a 46,000-square-foot warehouse for $2.19 million.

The price equated to $48 per square foot.

The company, which manufactures low-density fiberboard interior doors, has leased the building since 2006. It has no plans to change the building.

“We actually did an agreement with the landlord when we moved in to buy the building,” says Keith Norder, one of the owners.

Timberland Door mortgaged the property to Flagship Community Bank for $1.1 million.
