Panther prowls California

Panther International LLC, a software development firm based in Clearwater, has opened a new office in Napa, Calif., its first location outside Florida and its fourth office overall.

Panther's main driver of business is its BlackCat Grant Management System, used by government agencies and non-profit organizations around the world to manage more than $13 billion in grant funds.

Panther also announced that it is adding a new member to its executive team. Lisa Stockton has been named the company's director of marketing and communications.
