Beasley Broadcast expands

Beasley Broadcast Group Inc. (NASDAQ: BBGI) has expanded its business operations by agreeing to provide management services to two Las Vegas-based radio stations.

Beasley Broadcast will eventually purchase KOAS-FM and KVGS-FM for $8.5 million, according to a release. Until then, the company will utilize its existing resources in Las Vegas to sell advertisements for the two stations, and will keep 40% of those revenues.

Once the acquisitions are completed, Beasley Broadcast will receive the greater of either 50% of aggregate operating income, or $10,000 each month, from the stations.
