SELLER: The Pink Palace Ltd.


PROPERTY: 546 Main St., Dunedin


PRICE: $1.35 million


PREVIOUS PRICE: $1.35 million, February 1996

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Palm Harbor veterinarian John Hodges purchased two office buildings for $1.35 million.


The price equated to $65 per square foot.


The property includes a 15,860-square-foot building and a 4,960-square-foot building.


Hodges says he is still putting together his plans for the property. “We felt it was appropriately sized with good demographics,” he says.


Hodges is the former owner/operator of Noah's Place, a St. Petersburg-based animal hospital and Noah's Networks, a technology company.


The purchase entity 1546 Main LLC mortgaged the property to Patriot Bank for $1.08 million.
