London Bay Homes, a Naples-based luxury homebuilding company, purchased 86 home sites at The Founders Club on Fruitville Road in Sarasota, the last of 262 sites available within the 700-acre development.
Price and purchase terms were not disclosed.
This most recent transaction marks the second major purchase for London Bay, which in December 2009 acquired Mediterra, a master planned community based in Naples.
