WellCare partnership hires 200

WellCare Health Plans Inc. will soon bring 200 new jobs to Florida to expand its customer service offering.

The firm partnered with The Results Companies, headquartered in Dania Beach, near Fort Lauderdale, to develop a new call center in Winter Haven. The companies are currently working jointly to staff the new location.

In particular, the firms are looking for applicants that are fluent in Spanish. Those employees would improve WellCare's current customer service offering, according to chief administrative officer Walt Cooper.
