SELLER: Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. as receiver for the Bank of Florida - Southwest


PROPERTY: 21331 S. Tamiami Trail, Estero


PRICE: $1.5 million


PREVIOUS PRICE: $2.75 million, June 2007


LAW FIRM ON DEED: Henderson Franklin Starnes & Holt PA, Fort Myers


PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Clearwater-based Boos Development Group Inc. purchased the 6,485-square-foot Wing City Grill restaurant for $1.5 million.


The price equated to $231 per square foot.


The 10-year-old building, south of the intersection of U.S. 41 and Corkscrew Road, is on 1.37 acres.


Boos Development officials couldn't be reached for comment.


Boos Development builds and owns freestanding retail buildings for large national companies, including AmSouth Bank, CVS, Dunkin' Donuts and McDonald's. It also owns shopping centers and residential projects.
