Blackpoint joins NAI Global

Bradenton-based Blackpoint Realty left Sperry Van Ness to join NAI Global. The franchise led by Managing Director Anthony Mazzucca will now be known as “NAI Manasota.”

NAI Global is headquartered in Princeton, N.J., and oversees the activity of 5,000 real estate professionals in 350 offices, spread through 55 countries.

Mazzucca recently helped Darren Vivolo of Vivolo Ventures Inc. sell his property at 9203 E. Adamo Drive, the site of Brandon Suzuki, to the Asbury Automotive Group for $2 million. Vivolo bought the 0.99-acre property in June for $1.1 million.
