QualaWash expands nationally

QualaWash Holdings LLC bought Manfredi Special Services for an undisclosed amount. Both companies provide cleaning and maintenance services to trucking and transportation businesses.

Based in Tampa, QualaWash is a former subsidiary of Quality Distribution Inc. that was sold off as a separate asset in late 2009. The company operates from 30 locations nationwide. The purchase of Manfredi, which is based in Cleveland, will complement those services with an expanded national footprint.

QualaWash Holdings is owned by Mike Bauer, a former Quality Distributions employee, and KLH Capital LP, an investment company based in Florida.
