Fort Myers-based Internet firm Yippy Inc. isn't shy about why it advertises its Web browser on the Fox News channel.

“The Fox News network's championship of a conservative America mirrors Yippy's values,” says Richard Granville, Yippy's CEO. “As an advocate for Glenn Beck for President in 2012, I can't think of a better American to support with advertising. Glenn Beck's and Neil Cavuto's viewership fits Yippy's highly moral, conservative, family friendly values.”

The Yippy browser allows parents and schools to block offensive content. Granville is betting that people will choose the Yippy browser to control what their children can view on the Internet.

Yippy's month-long advertising campaign will run beginning Aug. 30 on Fox's Glenn Beck show and on the Neil Cavuto show on Fox Business. Ads will also run on GlennBeck.com and FoxNews.com.
