PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Tampa-area businessman Sun Fu Lee purchased the 14,000-square-foot former Bayside Auto Centers building and a 13,133-square-foot industrial building next door.

The $1.5 million price equated to $55 per square foot.

“I used to have some property half an hour away but it was very difficult to manage people who were that far away,” Lee says. “This is just two minutes away. Now I can sneak by any time.”

The three businesses are also growing. Lee reports that together his businesses grew 12% last year. The purchase entity Eastern Harbor LLC mortgaged the property to J&J Roberts Family Limited Partnership for $1.3 million.<
