Masonite names new CTO

Masonite Inc. has named Robert “Bob” Ritchie as its newest senior vice president and chief technology officer, according to a company release.

Ritchie has three decades of experience in research and development, including 25 years with the Delaware-based chemical giant DuPont, and has a doctorate in chemistry from Pennsylvania State University.

"Bob Ritchie is a seasoned technology executive with deep commercial experience," said Fred Lynch, president and chief executive officer of Masonite. "Bob's extensive knowledge of material science and strong leadership skills, combined with his passion for product development, will further accelerate our focus on growth and new product innovation."
