Out-of-Door Academy building fitness center

The Out-of-Door Academy plans to break ground soon on a 3,300-square-foot building to house a fitness center and a maintenance complex. The fitness center will occupy 2,500 square feet with cardiovascular, strength and conditioning equipment.


The building is scheduled to be completed by the fall. The architect is FleschmanGarcia Architecture and the civil engineer is WilsonMiller. Willis A. Smith Construction is the construction manager.
