PLANS, DESCRIPTION: The Cumming Group Inc., an insurance agency and contracted general agency for BlueCross/BlueShield of Florida, purchased a 5,000-square-foot building on Sheldon Road near Fawn Ridge Boulevard. The purchase price was $1.14 million. The Cumming Group is relocating from a smaller office space in Westshore.

“It's going to be larger and we are also going to have a retail center there so we can help anyone who might walk in,” says Lynn Tyler, an agent for The Cumming Group. “It's in a good location, where there are a lot of businesses and families.”

The Cumming Group Inc. mortgaged the property to Flagship Community Bank for $912,000.
