A poll released March 31 shows only 51% support for state constitutional Amendment 4, the so-called “Vote on Everything” or “Hometown Democracy” amendment.
A constitutional amendment requires 60% approval to pass.
Amendment 4 would require citizens to vote on all comprehensive plan amendments, including technical amendments and those initiated by local governments to meet state requirements.
