Neal Communities' sales solid

Neal Communities sold more than 65 homes in the first three months of 2010, representing one of the builder's best quarterly performances in the past five years, according to a release from the company.

“The fact that we have sold four homes for more than $1 million... indicates that the market drivers are returning,” said Neal Communities President Pat Neal.

The release cited 11 contracts signed in March alone, for properties in its River Sound community, as an indication that recent strong sales activity may continue into future months.
