Planning panel has perfect timing

Sometimes an industry panel discussion is perfectly timed with the news of the day.

The Urban Land Institute's Southwest Florida District Council sponsored a meeting in Estero on Sept. 24 entitled: “What is the future of master-planned communities in Southwest Florida?”

The answer was splashed across the front page of the Wall Street Journal the same morning: “Teed Off Residents Drive Developer to the Brink of Ruin.”
