SELLER: Mayim Properties LP
PROPERTY: Citrus Park Place, off Gunn Highway, Tampa
PRICE: $844,200 and $219,000
LAW FIRM ON DEED: Akerman Senterfitt, Orlando
PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Ashton Woods Homes, a subsidiary of Toronto-based Great Gulf Group of Cos., purchased 34 home sites in Citrus Park Place, on Gunn Highway north of the Citrus Park Mall in Tampa, for a total of $1.06 million. The purchase price equated to $31,271 per lot. The national homebuilder plans to start construction on a 2,506-square-foot, four-bedroom model home soon for an opening in November. Home presales are scheduled to start in September.
