Rounding up children and parents as plaintiffs, a couple of groups wanting Florida to spend more money on public schools filed suit Nov. 18 with the Leon County circuit court in Tallahassee, claiming the state has failed to meet its constitutional mandate to adequately provide a high-quality public education.
