• LandMark Bank named Steven E. Greenfield to its board of directors. Greenfield is the owner of Greenfield and Associates.

• Kellogg & Kimsey Inc. hired Erik Henry as assistant project manager. Henry previously worked for Sunrise General Contractors as a project manager and a property manager.

• Raymond James & Associates Inc. named Michael T. Ohlman to its 2005 Chairman's Council. Ohlman is senior vice president of investments and a certified financial planner for Raymond James & Associates Inc.

Health Care

• Take Care of Sarasota Inc. promoted Jan Chambers to insurance coordinator. Chambers previously worked as a home health aide.

• Take Care of Sarasota Inc. announced that Virginia Murray was awarded the Clinical Supervisor of the Year for 2004.

• The Wellness Community-SWFL hired Aimee Chouinard as the outreach coordinator. Chouinard was a business owner for the past two years.

Health Research

• The Roskamp Institute hired Dr. Kimberly Monnell to join the clinical research investigators.

Media

• CurtCo Media appointed Jeff Lawenda as group publisher of Sarasota Magazine. Lawenda previously worked as associate publisher of SRQ Magazine.

• Professional Benefits Inc. of Sarasota announced that Mary Ann Pickering earned Florida's Variable Annuity and Health Insurance Agent's 2-15 license. Pickering is the group benefits agent.

• Kirk-Pinkerton announced its officials for 2005. They are: Mark P. Barnebey, president and CEO; John W. West III, treasurer and CFO; William E. Robertson Jr., vice president of administration and COO and David W. Payne as secretary.

Real Estate

• University Park announced that Linda Harrington was awarded the Most Sales for the Year 2004. Harrington is a sales associate with University Park.

• Kirk-Pinkerton shareholder Julie A Horstkamp was appointed as the chair for the Sarasota Realtor Attorney Joint Committee of the Sarasota Association of Realtors Inc./Sarasota County Bar Association Inc.

• Michael Saunders & Co. announced that Annette Rogers and Michael Moulton of the Longboat Key South office were the Top Producing Team of 2004.

• Michael Saunders & Co. announced that Linda Roe Dickinson was the Top Individual Producer for 2004. Dickinson works in the St. Armands Circle office.

Staffing Firms

• Staffing Professionals Inc. promoted Sue Gutek to sales manager. Previously, Gutek was an account executive. Also, SPI hired Joyce Claeys as an account executive.
