SPECIAL LUNCHEON - ll:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. The Manatee Chamber's B.A.N.D. Program invites business and community leaders, business owners and interested members to attend a special luncheon with James R. McDonough, director of the Office of Florida Drug Control. He'll discuss new research on youth substance abuse and its impact on the workplace; results of counter-drug efforts from law enforcement ops to the politics of drug control versus drug legalization to efforts in treatment and prevention.
