Hirsch was formerly director of business and technology services with Protiviti, a California-based firm; managing director for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Fort Lauderdale and vice president of CitiCorp's Latin American Technology Group.

Spencer is one of the founders of Spencer International Ad-visors and a member of its management committee since its 1993 inception.
× John Cotterman was named president of KB Pension Services Inc., an employee benefit consulting firm and part of the KB Group in Sarasota. Cotterman was previously president of Benefit Resources, a retirement plan administration firm that merged with KBPS earlier this year. In addition to managing KBPS, he is responsible for marketing the company's services.

Livingston is also a staff physician with Bon Secours-Venice HealthPark Surgery Center. Previous to his position at Gulf Coast Orthopaedics, he was chief of surgery at Maine General Center in Waterville.
