PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Dr. Zdenko Korunda and his wife Nena Korunda purchased a 10,000-square-foot medical office building for $2.4 million.

The Korundas run the Korunda Pain Management Center in the building, which is on Executive Drive north of Immokalee Road. Starting in 2008 the Korundas have gone from leasing 1,690 square feet in the building to occupying the first floor. Vocatus Physicians Group occupies the second floor.

The Korundas purchase entity United American Trust LC mortgaged the property to SunTrust Bank for $1.92 million.
