The Tampa-based ad firm will add coupons to its online marketing portfolio.
Triad Digital Media partnered with News America Marketing to add coupons and samples to its online advertising products.
Through its website at SmartSource.com, News America Marketing reaches more than 65 million consumers annually, according to ComScore Inc.
Triad CEO Greg Murtagh won the Business Review's Tampa Bay Entrepreneur of the Year award earlier this year. His company will bring in more than $70 million in 2010.
“News America Marketing is the largest publisher of manufacturer coupons,” Murtagh said of his firm's new partner in a release. Headquartered in New York, News America Marketing is a subsidiary of News Corp.
As part of the new collaboration, News America Marketing President Chris Mixson said Triad would take over brand advertising appearing on SmartSource.com effective in 2011.
Triad Digital Media employs more than 250 people in six offices across the country.
