SARASOTA — Real estate broker Teresa Witte has opened Dream Star Vacation Homes & Real Estate LLC, a vacation rental management company serving the Sarasota-Bradenton area.
Dream Star handles vacation rental management for individual property owners, including marketing, reservations, guest services, housekeeping, property maintenance, accounting and property preparation. The company also offers real estate brokerage, property management and staging services, according to a press release. Many of the properties Witte manages are in the Lakewood National Golf Club gated community in Lakewood Ranch, the release adds.
Witte has about 25 years of real estate experience, including new home sales and management, general real estate sales, vacation rentals and agent recruitment and training.
Most recently, she was regional sales manager for Prime Homebuilders in Orlando. Locally, she served as global new homes sales manager for Re/Max Platinum Realty and as recruiter and manager for SWC Properties in Bradenton.
