Optimal Outcomes’ $52.5 million sale of Tradition Healthpark to Cleveland Clinic involves two medical office buildings and land in Port St. Lucie.

Optimal Outcomes LLC, a St. Petersburg developer that specializes in medical offices, has sold a two-building project it built together with adjacent land in Port St. Lucie to the Cleveland Clinic for $52.5 million.

Tradition Healthpark, which Optimal Outcomes began developing in 2015, contains roughly 100,000 square feet of medical office space and a surgery center. The project is adjacent to the Cleveland Clinic’s Tradition Hospital and part of its campus there.
