PLANS, DESCRIPTION:
The owners of Bradenton's Soothe Pharmacy Inc., Brad Long and Frank DeStefano, purchased a 14,043-square-foot retail building for $4.1 million.

The price equated to $292 per square foot.

Located at the corner of Hillview Street and Osprey Avenue, the building previously housed Sam Snead's Oak Grill and Tavern, Fleet Feet Sports Sarasota and Comerica Bank.

The building is located in Hillview, an upscale area with several high-end retailers and restaurants. The neighborhood is located just west of the Sarasota Memorial Hospital campus.

Long and DeStefano's main company Soothe Personalized Medicine Rx provides compounded prescriptions, genomic and biodiagnostic testing and wellness and nutritional services.
