TAMPA — Jacksonville-based general contractor LandSouth Construction has begun construction of Santos Flats Apartments, a new amenities-rich apartment community in Brandon.
According to a press release, the project is being built on the site of the former Bivonia Apartments and is scheduled to be completed in winter 2022. It will feature two four-story buildings and five two-story buildings, and a total of 296 residential units.
The developer, the release states, is LIV Development, with architectural services provided by Charlan Brock & Associates. LandSouth’s Dan Garner will serve as project manager.
“We are thrilled to partner again with LIV to bring the Santos Flats development to the growing Brandon area,” LandSouth President and CEO James Pyle states in the release. “LIV continues to demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering beautifully designed developments built with a focus on excellence.”
Santos Flats Apartments’ amenities, the release states, will include a clubhouse with game room, saltwater pool and courtyard views, fitness center with outdoor yoga lawn, private offices for work-from-home residents and multiple lounges for resident events.
“Santos Flats showcases the strength and quality LandSouth has to offer,” Garner states in the release. “The development represents the high-quality multifamily communities LandSouth is committed to delivering.”
