BONITA SPRINGS — A rapidly growing residential real estate team added a new director to its staff.
Southwest Florida R.E. Group, based in Bonita Springs, named Alyssa Sweat as director of operations, according to a news release.
The principals created the new senior position to help the organization and management of the team which has grown to nearly 50 agents over the last two years, the release says.
“When Scott Riddle and I started this firm only a couple years ago, it was always our dream to grow and expand,” Alex Greenwood, Southwest Florida R.E. Group co-founder, says in the release. “We can’t believe how quickly and explosive that growth has been and we’re excited to have Alyssa on board to help us grow and manage our team to provide the best service in Southwest Florida for our real estate clients.”
A former Lee County elementary school teacher and sports coach, Sweat has broad experience as an agent with excellent team-leadership skills, according to the release.
“I’m very excited to join the Southwest Florida R.E. Group team and I hope my experience in real estate and managing teams helps us achieve Alex and Scott’s vision,” she says in the release.
