FORT MYERS — Fort Myers-based Haus of Trikes and Bikes will expand its showroom from 5,000 square feet to 30,000 square feet.

Haus of Trikes and Bikes will expand into the building adjacent to the current facility on Fowler Street, according to a press release. The store sells new and used motorcycles and trikes and provides repairs and rentals.

Owners Manfred Glanzner and Herbert Baum acquired the former Michigan Homes office building and adjacent warehouses next to their current location. They plan to open the newly renovated facility in October 2017.

“We felt that it was time for us to expand after so many years,” says owner Manfred Glanzner in a statement. “The increasing demand for trikes, bikes, service and rentals for the last decade made it an easy decision for us to grow our infrastructure.”

The two-story facility will house over 200 bikes and trikes. A grand opening is planned for the fall.
