Retirement community names design firm for towers

NAPLES — Integrated design services firm Studio+ has been named the architecture firm of record for the renovation of two, eight-story residential towers at Moorings Park. Located near the center of the Moorings Park’s 83-acre campus, the towers will continue the Mediterranean modern design integrated into newer developments in the community.

Renovation plans include full exterior modifications that are contemporary in design, including a curtain wall to enhance resident experience and bring texture to the design. Materials and design will ensure the finished towers are consistent with newer development within the campus and provide the vision for future development of Moorings Park.
