Luxury homebuilder names new territory director

BOCA GRANDE — Naples-based luxury homebuilder BCB Homes appointed Jeff Blevins a territory director for the Boca Grande market in addition to all of Sarasota, Charlotte and Lee counties. A 30-plus-year industry professional and certified general contractor, Blevins’ experience includes building and remodeling luxury waterfront homes, commercial/retail projects, private air park projects and golf course construction. 

He has built luxury waterfront homes in Boca Grande since 1995, completing more than $150 million in projects while executing land entitlement, ownership representation, real estate acquisition and operations responsibilities, according to a statement. He will work out of the company’s recently opened Boca Grande office.
