Jannus Live ownership changes

The management team for Jannus Live, a concert venue located in downtown St. Petersburg, has announced a reconfigured ownership structure.

The venue, which had been co-owned by Bill Edwards and Jeff Knight, will now be owned solely by Knight. Edwards sold Knight his share of the venue for an undisclosed amount.

In a statement accompanying the announcement of the change, Edwards said, “I am very glad Jeff and I completed this project on time and on vision.”
