NAPLES — Veteran homebuilding executive Jamie Pirrello has joined BCB Homes as chief financial officer.

Pirrello is best known locally for engineering the sale of First Home Builders of Florida in Fort Myers to New Jersey-based Hovnanian Enterprises at the peak of the residential real estate boom in 2005. At the time, First Home was the largest homebuilder in Lee County and Pirrello was the company's chief financial officer.

Over his 30-year career, Pirrello has raised $1 billion of debt and equity for several homebuilding and real estate development companies as well as coordinated mergers and acquisitions.

Based in Naples, BCB Homes is a luxury homebuilder that has built and remodeled homes in the area for 20 years.
