Immokalee Foundation names new top officer

Lifelong resident promoted from within the organization.

IMMOKALEE — The board of directors of The Immokalee Foundation has appointed longtime foundation employee Noemi Perez as the organization’s executive director effective July 1. She replaces Steven Kissinger, who has accepted the position of vice president of Take Stock in Children of Florida.

Born and raised in Immokalee, Perez has worked for The Immokalee Foundation for nine years and serves as its program services director.
