SARASOTA — A groundbreaking ceremony for The DeMarcay, a luxury condominium project in downtown Sarasota by GK Development, was held Wednesday. Nov. 13. 

The development at 33 S. Palm Ave. will include 39 residences. It will have 24-hour valet service, a fitness center, clubroom and rooftop pool.
