Locally owned restaurant chain set to expand in region

Green Market Cafe, based in Tampa, will open a new eatery in Trinity and begin franchising operations.

TAMPA — Green Market Cafe, a 10-year-old restaurant group based in Tampa, is set to open a new location later this month in Trinity and seeks a franchisee to operate it. 

Owned by Andrew Koumi, the company has four fast-casual restaurants in the Tampa Bay region. They serve a menu consisting of freshly made salads, bowls, wraps and sandwiches. Green Market Cafe also operates a popular corporate catering service, according to a press release.
