CAPE CORAL — A contractor has been selected for the expansion at Isles of Porto Vista, a multifamily condominium complex. Bonita Springs-based Gates Construction will build eight three-story buildings, adding 123 units to the community. Each building will comprise 16,000 square feet.
The complex is at 3953 Pomodoro Circle, within the master planned community of Entrada. Construction is slated to begin this summer. The value of the project was not disclosed.
Gates Construction was also recently awarded a project to rebuild the amenities center at The Dunes of Naples, a luxury condominium community. The project will include a covered outdoor dining area, an indoor dining area plus a private dining room and a bar that will include inside and outside seating. A new lagoon pool area will feature additional seating, conversation areas around fire tables and an expanded tiki bar.
Gates Construction has offices in Bonita Springs and Sarasota.
