FORT MYERS — A construction company that builds health care, commercial and hospitality facilities is launching a special projects division to work on tenant improvements, additions, renovations, repairs and specialty projects.
Mark Stevens, president of Stevens Construction, made the announcement in a news release. He assigned Joe Cimilluca, a general contractor with 20 years of commercial construction experience, to lead the division.
The release says the division will work on projects ranging from $100,000 to $1 million. Stevens Construction, which has offices in Fort Myers, Tampa and Orlando, also offers site and design team selection, budgeting, project scheduling, permitting, cost and quality control and warranty service.
