Construction company expands staff, including superintendent

The new hires include a senior estimator, two assistant project managers and a superintendent.

FORT MYERS — Wright Construction Group has added four new employees to the organization, including a senior estimator, two assistant project managers and a superintendent.

The Fort Myers-based construction firm hired Scott Robbins, Christopher Hunt, Eric Oberg and Ryan Smith, according to a news release.

As senior estimator, Robbins will be responsible for evaluating requests for estimates, conducting cost analysis and preparing complete estimates on large and complex projects.

Hunt and Oberg were hired as assistant project managers. In this role, they are responsible for coordinating contract administration, change orders, submittals, material procurement, scheduling and budget control. 

As a superintendent, Smith will oversee the operations of the construction site from planning to completion. His daily responsibilities include scheduling, supervising activities and tasks, and ensuring the safety and compliance of the site.
