CLEARWATER — The Cheesecake Factory, a popular restaurant chain, plans to open a new location at Westfield Countryside mall in Clearwater Dec. 8. It will hire 270 people to staff it.
According to a press release, The Cheesecake Factory is accepting applications for a wide range of positions, including line cooks, prep cooks, bartenders, cashiers, servers, dishwashers, bussers and hosts. Job seekers can apply online at http://cakecareers.com/clearwater.
Headquartered in Calabasas, Calif., The Cheesecake Factory owns and operates 294 restaurants across the United States and Canada. It generated $2.33 billion in gross revenue in 2019, up 3% from $2.26 billion in 2018.
