TAMPA — The Hampton Inn & Suites Tampa, an 84-room hotel located at 3333 Busch Blvd., near Busch Gardens and Adventure Island, has sold for $13 million.

Marcus & Millichap’s National Hospitality Group in Miami facilitated the sale, according to a press release. Senior Director Ahmed Kabani represented the buyer, a repeat client with properties in Florida and Texas. The seller was Tampa Rollercoaster Hotels LLC.

“This property is situated in a prime location,” Kabani states in the release. “The popular Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island are both within walking distance from the property.”

The hotel sits on a 2.33-acre parcel and was built in 2017.
