Area firm with global holdings buys Belgium-based business

SARASOTA — S-One Holdings Corp., a digital imaging, design and print company with several subsidiaries worldwide, has acquired the Digiprint Supplies brand from Brussels, Belgium-based Big Fish SPRL.

The acquisition includes certain Big Fish assets, including personnel, customers and supplier contracts, according to a statement. Financial terms of the deal, effective immediately, weren’t disclosed. Digiprint Supplies will now operate under the S-One subsidiary, Brand Management Group (BMG) Media Source Belgium SRL, the release adds.
