Aircraft co. moves to Pinellas

CLEARWATER — Genesis Aircraft Parts purchased a 10,000-square-foot warehouse and office building in Clearwater for $565,000, according to a news release.

The aircraft company decided to move to the facility located at 4944 113th Ave. from a 5,250-square-foot building it owned in Pasco County.

Commercial Asset Partners (CAP) Realty's Paula Clair Smith represented Genesis Aircraft Parts, while CAP Realty's Heidi Tuttle-Beisner secured a tenant for the company's former location. Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories will take over Genesis' former space in ComPark 75 at 4446 Pet Lane in Lutz.
