CLEARWATER — Genesis Aircraft Parts purchased a 10,000-square-foot warehouse and office building in Clearwater for $565,000, according to a news release.
The aircraft company decided to move to the facility located at 4944 113th Ave. from a 5,250-square-foot building it owned in Pasco County.
Commercial Asset Partners (CAP) Realty's Paula Clair Smith represented Genesis Aircraft Parts, while CAP Realty's Heidi Tuttle-Beisner secured a tenant for the company's former location. Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories will take over Genesis' former space in ComPark 75 at 4446 Pet Lane in Lutz.
The previous owner of the Clearwater warehouse and office was GRP Global Assets LLC, and the seller was listed as JB Systems Inc., represented by Deron Thomas of Industrial Realty Solutions Inc.
