That's why Bradenton-based Above and Beyond Property Improvement recently added a water damage restoration component. The company's core services include kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, closet installation and reconstruction. The owners, John and Sharon Smyth, moved to Sarasota from Scotland and purchased the company in 2013.
