A newly built EōS Fitness facility in Fort Myers has sold but the gym chain isn’t going anywhere for a while.

The 42,500-square-foot gym is at 10560 Colonial Blvd. The buyer, a Largo investor who bought it as part of a 1031 Exchange investor, paid $14.3 million.

The seller is a Tampa LLC tied to the Barclay Group which paid $2.21 million for it last year.

According to SRS Real Estate Partners, which represented Barclay, the gym sits on 2.36 acres and comes with a 20-year, absolute triple net, corporate-guaranteed lease in place.

The property is located in The Shops at Pelican Preserve and while it’s open a spokesperson says there are properties around it that are being developed for other tenants, including Aldi, Supercuts, and Pizza Hut.

SRS’s Patrick Nutt and William Wamble represented the seller in the deal.
