FL shell contractor selected to build 1,700-plus homes in region

A Florida shell contractor has been selected to build the structural phase for more than 1,700 homes across the region, from Collier to Manatee to Pinellas counties. CSC, headquartered in Boynton Beach, says it has contracted with five homebuilders for 10 projects on the Gulf Coast. Among the larger projects are 550 homes in Estero; 230 homes in Bradenton; and 222 homes in Punta Gorda. 

The work comes after CSCI reported a 16% year-over-year increase in revenue in June and increased its market share in the first four months of 2026 by 3.6 percentage points compared with 2025, according to a statement.

“The numbers matter, but what matters more is how we’re achieving them,” CSCI President Daniel Goldburg says in the statement. “Growth only works if our customers continue to receive the quality, responsiveness and consistency they expect from us. That’s what our team is focused on every day, and that’s what positions CSCI for what comes next.”

Here are the Gulf Coast projects for which CSCI has been selected, according to a statement:

• Neal Communities at Kingston South in Estero (550 single-family homes)
• Kingston by Pulte Homes in Estero (320 single-family homes)
• SeaFlower by Pulte Homes in Bradenton (230 single-family homes)
• Cassia Bay by Pulte Homes in Punta Gorda (222 single-family homes)
• Esplanade at Kingston by Taylor Morrison in Estero (126 condominium units)
• Esplanade at Rivergrass by Taylor Morrison in Naples (80 condominium units)
• Sawgrass Lakes at Babcock Ranch by Pulte Homes in Babcock Ranch (66 single-family homes)
• Aqua by Medallion Home in Bradenton (60 single-family homes)
• Montrose at Innisbrook by Toll Brothers in Palm Harbor (34 townhomes)
• Lake Timber at Babcock Ranch by Pulte Homes in Babcock Ranch (15 single-family homes)

In Estero, CSCI says it now supports three of the five builders participating in the Kingston project: Pulte Homes, Taylor Morrison and Neal Communities. The master-planned community is projected to have 10,000 residences once it is built out.

“Many of the builders working with us across Florida are longstanding partners who know our team, know our capabilities and know what they can expect from CSCI,” Goldberg says in a statement. “As we continue to scale, protecting that level of execution and reliability remains our priority.”

CSCI serves residential builders across Florida, delivering an average of more than 4,000 residential shells annually. It has 175 employees and more than 1,800 subcontracted workers.
