Naples Hospice buys Fort Myers property for $3.3M, plans new facility

Avow Real Estate Inc., the real estate arm of Avow Hospice, has bought a 2.78-acre property in Fort Myers.

LSI Companies brokered the sale of the parcel, at 14590 Hope Center Loop in the Hope Preserve development. Avow Real Estate paid $3.3 million for the property. 

The seller is Hope Preserve One, and according to Lee County property records, it is one of four parcels in the medical hub near Gulf Coast Hospital. The LLC paid $1.2 million for it in 2025.

Avow says in a statement that it plans to build a 40,000-square-foot facility on that site. It says the current plans “envision an inpatient hospice house; an outpatient palliative care clinic; grief and loss support for adults and children; and Medicare-certified home health services.”

“The facility will also provide space for Avow’s hospice and other care teams, along with the flexibility to accommodate future programs and services as community needs evolve,” it says.

The Naples-based nonprofit says the new facility is part of a larger expansion across Southwest Florida that includes moves into Glades and Hendry counties along with Lee.

Avow was founded in 1983 and offers hospice, palliative care and grief support services. It serves 2 ,900 hospice patients annually and provides more than 4,000 palliative care visits through its Naples clinic and satellite locations, according to a statement.

According to its 2024 Form 990 posted on the nonprofit research company Candid GuideStar’s website, Avow Hospice has $41.61 million in total assets.
