Neve has more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and business operations, including senior leadership roles at FIS and ADP, according to a statement. He has also served on the CoAdvantage board and was named executive chairman last year.

In his new role as CEO, Neve will focus on key strategic priorities, including the AI-enabled evolution of CoAdvantage’s HR and payroll offerings. He thanked former CEO John Cumbee for laying what he calls a “strong foundation for the future” based on service.

“We have a comprehensive, integrated suite of HR, payroll, benefits and compliance solutions, along with the talent and infrastructure to deliver at scale,” Neve says in the statement. “Our focus is seamless execution, strategic innovation and making CoAdvantage the partner of choice for businesses that want to grow with confidence.”

A professional employer organization, CoAdvantage provides HR, payroll, benefits and compliance services for small and mid-size businesses. It has more than 4,500 clients and approximately 110,000 worksite employees across all 50 states.
