GTIS Partners, the developers behind a pair of industrial warehouses under construction in Tampa, have chosen JLL to handle the leasing.

The project is the 4Ward Logistics Center at 2898 N. 62nd St. near Interstate 4 and Interstate 75.

JLL says when the work is completed the center will have two rear-load distribution buildings totaling 382,500 square feet. The buildings will have 36-foot clear heights, trailer and auto parking, ESFR sprinkler systems and multiple points of ingress and egress.

GTIS bought the 116-acre property where the center is being built earlier this year for, according to Hillsborough County property records, $20.5 million.

In April, when it bought the property, GTIS said it expects to finish the work late next year.

The New York real estate investment firm manages $5 billion in gross assets and works in single family and multifamily housing, office, industrial/logistics and hospitality as well as opportunity zone investments.

JLL says 4Ward Logistics is being built in a Qualified Opportunity Zone and is capitalized by the GTIS Opportunity Zone Fund II, an investment fund to develop assets in undercapitalized areas.

JLL’s Peter Cecora, John Dunphy and Olivia Brock will oversee the leasing.
